This policy sets out how ryulabs.io, and any tools or systems we make available to clients, may and may not be used. It applies to anyone using the Site or interacting with systems we operate on a client's behalf.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site or our systems to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through any system we operate.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or connected systems.
AI systems specifically
Where we provide access to AI-powered tools — internally or as part of a client deliverable — you agree not to use them to generate content intended to deceive, harass, or defraud, to attempt to extract other users' data, or to probe for and exploit safety weaknesses without authorization.
Client-built products
Products we build for clients are governed by that client's own terms with their end users. This policy applies to our own systems and to how anyone interacts directly with us.
Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access for any use that violates this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.
Reporting a violation
If you believe someone is misusing our systems, email security@ryulabs.io with details. We review every report.
